Steve J. Bannister, PhD, Hightower’s principal consultant, has over thirty years of experience applying the fundaments of physical chemistry to problems in pharmaceutical development.  He has provided accountable technical leadership in the various disciplines that together bring drug products to market, including drug analysis, formulation development, bioanalysis, and pharmacokinetics.

His experience has been gained as a scientist, manager, executive and entrepreneur.  He has worked in Pharma, generic Pharma and contract research organizations.  He is now a pharmaceutical development consultant and brings the sum of his experience and the value of different perspectives to each Hightower Pharmaceutical Services assignment.
